You better remember the name Badmómzjay, because the rise to the top is more than rapid for this 2002 born female German rapper. Jordan (as per real name) attracts attention with her fiery red hair and confident appearance in no time. It is her activism, her lyrics and what she is bringing to the table that makes a long-lasting impression.
Growing up in Brandenburg fueled her sense of otherness at an early stage. Already at the age of thirteen, she stands by her bi-sexuality. At the age of 15, she records and uploads her first track on her phone. The rest is history.
Today, Badmómzjay is not only a record-breaking female rap artist in Germany, but also Gen-Z´s spokesperson for body positivity, the LGTBQ+ community and empowerment.
